طريقة التحضير
1فضلا: كل المقادير تكون بدرجة الحرارة العادية.
2ثبتي الرف الشبكي الأوسط في الفرن، سخني الفرن لدرجة حرارة ١٨٠ مئوية.
3أحضري قالب كيك ذو فتحة من الوسط، متوسط الحجم ادهني القالب بالزبدة، انثري عليه الدقيق، أتركيه جانبا.
4انخلي الدقيق، البيكنج باودر والملح. أتركيه جانبا.
5ضعي الزبيب والجوز في طبق، اضيفي حوالي ملعقة كبيرة من خليط الدقيق وقلبيه بين اطراف اصابعك لتتغطى كل حبات الزبيب والجوز بالدقيق. اتركيه جانبا.
6في وعاء ضعي البيض، السكر والفانيليا، وباستعمال مضرب شبك كهربائي اخفقي بضع دقائق ليختلط جيدا ويصبح الخليط فاتح اللون ومتماسك.
7أضيفي الحليب واخفقي ليختفي.
8أضيفي الزيت واخفقي ليختفي.
9أضيفي الفانيليا والخل، اخفقي ليختفي.
10اضيفي خليط الدقيق، اخفقي لتختلط المكونات مع بعضها وتحصلي على خليط كيك ناعم، لا تكثري من التقليب.
11أضيفي الزبيب والجوز، باستعمال الملعقة البلاستيكية قلبي ليختلط جيدا.
12صبي الخليط في القالب. ادخلي الملعقة في الكيك وحركيها بشكل دائري في خليط الكيك لفة واحدة، لإخراج الهواء والحصول على كيك شكله جذاب بعد الخبز.
13اخبزي الكيك لمدة ٤٠ – ٥٠ دقيقة، إختبري النضج بإدخال عود خشبي، اذا خرج العود عالقا به بعض فتات الكيك البسيطة استمري بخبز الكيك لبضع دقائق.
14اخرجي القالب من الفرن، أتركيه بضع دقائق ثم اقلبية على الشبك ليبرد تماما.
