Mini Cranberry Cheesecakes baked in apples

Ingredients:
Vanilla pudding powder mix (Without Sugar)
6 Apples
Crushed Biscuits
4 Pieces of cream cheese
3 Eggs
Handful of Berries
Powdered Sugar for decoration
1/2 cup of Sugar

          

Preparation:
1. Crush the biscuits and set aside.
2. Core the apples and then wrap the hollow apples in aluminum
foil.
3. Mix the cream cheese with the egg yolks and sugar.
4. Then put the pudding on the mixture and mix carefully.
5. Whisk the egg whites, then add them to the cheese mixture and
use a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients.
6. Use the crushed biscuits to fill the bottom of the hollow apples,
then pour the cheese mixture over it, and add the cranberries on
top.
7. Bake the cheesecake for 35 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
8. Take it out of the oven after it has finished cooking, then sprinkle.
it with powdered sugar and serve it on a plate decorated with apple
slices
