Mini Cranberry Cheesecakes baked in apples
6 Pieces apples
4 Pieces cream cheese

3 grain eggs
1/2 cup sugar
6 grain Berries

for decoration:powder sugar.
Preparation:
- Crush the biscuits and set aside.
- Core the apples and then wrap the hollow apples in aluminum foil.
- Mix the cream cheese with the egg yolks and sugar.
- Then put the pudding on the mixture and mix carefully.
- Whisk the egg whites, then add them to the cheese mixture and use a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients.
- Use the crushed biscuits to fill the bottom of the hollow apples, then pour the cheese mixture over it, and add the cranberries on top.
- Bake the cheesecake for 35 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
- Take it out of the oven after it has finished cooking, then sprinkle it with it with powdered sugar and serve it on a plate decorated with apple slices.
