شوكولاتة مبروشة

طريقة التحضير

1 أحضري ٤ اطباق تقديم فردية شفافة.
2 في قدر سميك القاعدة ضعي الزبدة، السكر البني والسكر الابيض، ضعي القدر على نار متوسطة وقلبي الزبدة والسكر بملعقة بلاستيكية عريضة لتذوب الزبدة.
3 دعي القدر على نار متوسطة إلى أن يصبح يتكرمل السكر ويصبح لونه ذهبي فاتح مع التقليب بين الحين والآخر.
4 في طبق عميق ضعي نصف كمية الحليب، الملح، النشا، البيض والفانيليا، باستعمال مضرب شبك يدوي قلبي المواد ليذوب النشا ويصبح الخليط ناعما.
5 أسكبي بقية الحليب، بحذر شديد، على السكر الكراميل في القدر وقلبي لتختلط المواد، دعي الخليط ليغلي مع استمرار التقليب بمضرب شبك يدوي ليذوب السكر وتحصلي على خليط ناعم.
6 أضيفي خليط السكر والحليب على خليط الحليب والبيض في الطبق، قلبي لتختلط المواد ثم اعيدي الخليط في القدر.
7 ضعي القدر على النار ثانية وقلبي ليغلي الخليط ويسمك ويصبح مثل المهلبية.
8 وزعي البودنج في الاطباق وساوي السطح.
9 ضعي البودنج في البراد ليبرد تماما لحين وقت التقديم
10. ضعي الكريمة في كيس تزيين مثبت به قمع مزخرف، وزعي الكريمة على البودينج بطريقة زخرفية. وزعي الشوكولاتة وقدمي مباشرة.
11. للتقديم: في وعاء الخلاط ضعي الكريمة، ثبتي المضرب الشبكي، شغلي على سرعة متوسطة إلى أن يتضاعف حجم الكريمة وتتماسك. استعمليها مباشرة.
