للتقديم:

فراولة ، لوز شرائح

طريقة التحضير

1في طبق ضعي الفراولة، اضيفي برش الليمون، عصير الليمون.
2باستعمال الملعقة اضغطي على الفراولة لهرسها جيدا.
3اضيفي الزبادي.
4اضيفي العسل.
5بذور الشيا.
6الشوفان والحليب.
7وزعي الخليط في البرطمانات.
8ضعي الغطاء واتركيها في البراد عدة ساعات او طوال الليل.
9افرمي الفراولة ثم وزعيها على الشوفان، انثري اللوز وقدميها.
