طريقة التحضير

1ثبتي الرف الشبكي الأوسط في الفرن، سخني الفرن لدرجة حرارة ١٨٠ مئوية.
2أحضري قالب تارت ١٠ بوصة، إدهنية بالزبدة ثم انثري الدقيق، أتركيه جانبا.
3في وعاء ضعي البيض، الفانيليا والسكر، وباستعمال مضرب شبك كهربائي اخفقي ليختلط جيدا ويصبح الخليط فاتح اللون.
4أضيفي الزيت واخفقي ليختلط.
5أضيفي الحليب واخفقي ليختلط.
6اضيفي البسكويت والبيكنج باودر، باستعمال ملعقة قلبي لتختلط المكونات مع بعضها، لا تكثري من التقليب.
7صبي الخليط في القالب.
8اخبزي الكيك لمدة ٢٠ دقيقة، لينضج الكيك ويتماسك.
9اخرجي القالب من الفرن، أتركيه في القالب بضع دقائق ثم اقلبيه على طبق التقديم.
10صلصة الجبن: في وعاء ضعي الحليب، الجبن استعملي مضرب شبك كهربائي واخفقي ليصبح الخليط ناعم.
11صبي الصلصة على التارت.
12وزعي خطوط من الشوكولاتة ثم استعملي عود اسنان لزخرفتها حسب الرغبة.
13وزعي المكسرات على حواف التارت.
14ضعيها في البراد لتبرد ويطيب طعمها ثم قدميها.
