طريقة التحضير

1احضري صينية متوسطة الحجم. ادهنيها جيدا بالزيت، اتركيها جانبا.
2في مقلاة ضعي السكر والبندق ، قلبي على نار متوسطة ليصبح لديك كراميل.
3صبي الكراميل مباشرة في الصينية، اتركيه ليبرد تماما (يمكنك وضعه في البراد لتسريع التبريد)
4ضعي الكروكان في كيس وباستعمال مطرقة فتتيه. اتركيه جانبا.
5احضري قالب مستدير او طبق عميق، مقاس ٩ بوصة، بطني بورق نايلون.
6في وعاء الخلاط ضعي الكريمة البودرة، الحليب والكريمة السائلة ،القهوة، باستعمال المضرب الشبكي اخفقي ليصبح الخليط هشا.
7الحشو: ضعي القهوة والسكر في الماء الساخن، اتركيها جانبا.
8في القالب ضعي بعض قطع البسكويت. باستعمال الملعقة وزعي بعض القهوة ليتشرب البسكويت.
9ضعي بعض الكريمة ليغطي البسكوت ضعي قليل من البندق المطحون.
10كرري الخطوات بحيث تكون اخر طبقة بسكويت.
11ضعي القالب في البراد او الفريزر لعدة ساعات.
12احتفظي ببعض الكريمة للتزيين.
13اقلبي الحلى على طبق التقديم. زيني بالكريمة ثم بقية الكروكان .
