Cream of tomato soup with apple Recipe
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 small onion
1/2 red pepper
A can of peeled tomatoes
1 cup tomato sauce (either from the carton or bottle)
500 ml of vegetable broth
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup heavy cream (30% fat)
Black olives and watercress for decoration
1. Cut the small onion, carrot and pepper into equal pieces .
2.Peel the apple in a circular shape, hollow it out, and cut it into equal pieces.
3. Put the olive oil in a pot on the stove, then add the butter and the chopped vegetables to it.
4.Cover the pot and leave it on low heat for 15 minutes, until it softens slightly.
5. Add the sliced apples, vegetable broth, sauce, spices and a can of peeled tomatoes to the pot.
6.After it’s cooked, mix all the ingredients in the pot with the electric mixer.

8.Serve it in plates and decorate the surface of the soup with delicious apple slices, black olives, and watercress.
